About

We collaborated with the architecture studio Ensemble+ to design the visual communication for the exhibit "Eine Stadt verändert – das Fest" which was apart of the 2023 Bundesgartenschau (BUGA) in Mannheim.

The exhibit explored the urban conversion of Mannheim’s Spinelli area—from a military base into a vibrant and sustainable neighborhood. Our graphic concept highlighted this dynamic process through a clear-cut visual language that responded to the spatial context of the exhibit's architecture.

Signage, color, and typography worked hand in hand to guide visitors through the themes of renewal, participation, and sustainable development.
