bloq is an independent magazine for Mannheim, Heidelberg, Ludwigshafen, and the Rhine-Neckar region — rooted locally, yet always looking beyond the horizon. With in-depth research, critical yet constructive perspectives, and stories told in full length, bloq brings societal and political issues into focus.
From the very first issue, we have been closely involved in shaping bloq — not only responsible for the magazine’s design and layout, but also for coordinating the entire production process. In close collaboration with the editorial team, we develop a visual framework that gives each topic and each voice its own space, while maintaining a cohesive identity across all issues.
